What if my product is damaged or missing?
We are very sorry if your product is damaged or incomplete. You can make a complaint about the product to our customer service e.g. by email. Contact information for our customer service can be found on the "Contact Us" page.
Can I return a used product?
We reserve the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or hygiene reasons.
If we refuse the return for these reasons, the product will be returned to you from our warehouse and no money will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products that have been tried on to assess whether they fit are not considered used.
I received a product that I did not order
We apologize if we sent you something you did not order.
Please return the wrong product to us, and indicate on the return form that you did not order the product in question. In this case, you do NOT have to pay the costs of the return, but we will reimburse you for them.
Was the wrong product delivered to you instead of the one you ordered? Please order the product you originally wanted. If you have already paid for your order, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return.
