Shopify services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services that allow us to operate our online store, process orders, provide checkout functionality, and offer customer service features.

Products

We sell physical consumer products through our online store. Products are sold from our own stock and shipped from Finland.

Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and product details are presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur, including packaging updates, production batch differences, inner bag or packaging variations, and technical display differences.

Some products may be blind box or collectible products. If a product is sold as a blind box, the figure or variant is random unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

Orders

An order becomes binding after checkout is completed and payment is authorized or accepted.

After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of clear pricing errors, technical errors, suspected misuse, payment issues, unavailable stock, or other situations where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, eligible payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown in euro (EUR).

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout according to the delivery country, customer details, and applicable tax rules.

For orders delivered to Finland, prices include Finnish VAT where applicable.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other enabled payment providers shown at checkout.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Availability

Products are sold subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, such as cancellation, refund, or another solution where available and applicable.

Shipping and local pickup

Available shipping methods, delivery charges, and local pickup options are shown at checkout where available.

Shipping and pickup are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Local pickup is available by appointment only from Merikarvia, Finland.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, cancellations, refunds, damaged items, faulty items, incorrect items, and non-collected orders are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits the customer’s mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Customer account

If customer account features are available, the customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure and for ensuring that account information is accurate and up to date.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, please contact us without delay.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, branding, images, design elements, product presentation, and logos, belongs to YeS! Your eShop, Your eShop Company, or the respective rights holders.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

The website may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, technical abuse, or activity that may harm the store, customers, or service providers.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

This limitation does not affect the customer’s mandatory statutory consumer rights.

The Terms of Service in force at the time of the order apply to that order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
