The final available payment options are always shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Currency

All prices are shown in euro (EUR).

Taxes

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout according to the delivery country, customer details, and applicable tax rules.

For orders delivered to Finland, prices include Finnish VAT where applicable.

Payment timing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

If payment is not completed or confirmed, the order may not be processed.

Payment security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other enabled payment providers shown at checkout.

We do not store full payment card details on our website.

Please do not send full payment card details by email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other customer service channel.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your email address, spam folder, and contact us if needed.
