Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed at YeS! Your eShop.

Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, unless an exception under mandatory law applies.

To use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • returned with the original product packaging and all included parts
  • adequately packed for return shipment

After notifying us of a return, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification, unless otherwise agreed.

Blind box and collectible products

Customers may inspect the item in the same way as they would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical store.

If a sealed blind box, sealed product packaging, or collectible product has been opened or handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may be responsible for any diminished value to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.

How to request a return

Please include:

  • order number
  • customer name
  • item(s) to be returned
  • reason for the return

After contacting us, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

If the customer returns an item under the standard right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, the matter will be handled as a complaint under applicable consumer protection law. The customer will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs caused by our error or by a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair where possible, price reduction, refund, or other appropriate solution.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, we will refund eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification, unless we are entitled to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

If required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If the customer selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the additional delivery cost may not be refunded.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-collected orders

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct actual return and handling costs from the refund where permitted by law.

Cancellations before shipment

If you want to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
