This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed at Yes! Your eShop.
Right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, unless an exception under mandatory law applies.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original condition
- the item must be returned with the original product packaging and all included parts
- the item must be adequately packed for return shipment

Blind box and collectible products
If a sealed blind box or sealed product packaging has been opened, return eligibility may be reduced to the extent permitted by applicable law if the item is no longer in resale condition.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.

Return shipping costs
If the customer returns an item under the standard right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-collected orders
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct actual return and handling costs from the refund where permitted by law.
Cancellations before shipment
If you want to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
